Banana "Ice Cream"
Peel very ripe bananas. Freeze in baggie.
When frozen, break in pieces into blender.
Add your choice of yogurt, milk or juice (I use sugar free fat free vanilla yogurt or skim milk) and blend until it is consistency of soft ice cream.
Serve immediately.
Can top with nuts or chocolate or caramel syrup and whip cream, but it's great by itself.
