Jill Wine-Banks is an attorney currently working as an MSNBC Legal Analyst. She first appeared on MSNBC in July, 2017 to comment on an opinion piece she wrote in the Chicago Tribune titled “Former Watergate Prosecutor: Comey’s Firing Is As Bad as the Saturday Night Massacre.” She was then hired as an MSNBC Contributor.
Jill is the author of a well-reviewed memoir, The Watergate Girl, that was optioned by Katie Holmes/Noelle Productions for a film adaptation.
Jill still writes op-eds for various media including NBC, the Chicago Tribune and Washington Post, Politico, MSNBC, Huffington Post and others. In addition to her MSNBC work, Jill appears on national and international television, radio and podcasts. She also co-hosts two top-rated podcasts: #SistersinLaw with Kimberly Atkins Stohr, Barbara McQuade and Joyce Vance; and iGenPolitics with Victor Shi.
